These terms govern your use of testnowcancellationsandswaps.co.uk (the "site"), operated by TestNow UK, a trading name of RDS HUB LTD, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What we do
We're an independent platform that helps UK learner drivers find each other to swap DVSA practical driving test dates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVSA or gov.uk. We do not book, change, or cancel tests for you, and we never access your DVSA account. Any actual swap happens through the DVSA's own official booking system, under DVSA's rules.
Who can use it
You must be old enough to legally hold a booked DVSA practical driving test (generally 17, or 16 if you receive the enhanced rate of the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment). You must have a genuine UK test booking and provide accurate details. You're responsible for the information you submit.
Cost
The service is currently free to use. We may introduce charges for some features in the future. If we ever do, we'll make this clear before you incur any cost — you'll never be charged without your agreement.
How matching and swaps work
When another learner's listing fits what you want, and yours fits what they want, we put you in touch through an anonymous chat so you can arrange a swap. We can't guarantee a match, a response, or that any swap will complete. Whether a swap succeeds depends on you, the other learner, and the DVSA's system and rules — all of which are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You agree to: provide truthful, accurate listing details; treat other learners respectfully in chat; use the service only to arrange genuine test swaps; and follow all DVSA rules when making any change to your test. You must not misuse the site, attempt to identify other users beyond what's needed to arrange a swap, submit false listings, or use the service for anything unlawful.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the service or any feature at any time.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: a swap that doesn't happen or falls through; the actions, conduct, or accuracy of another learner; missed, cancelled, or changed tests; reliance on any listing; or any interruption to the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England & Wales.
