If something on TestNow doesn't feel right, tell us. We read every report.
What to report
- A user who seems suspicious, abusive, or is asking for personal or payment details outside what a swap needs.
- Anyone offering to sell you a driving test date, or asking you to pay for one.
- A scam of any kind — fake listings, phishing links, impersonation.
- A privacy or data concern — information that shouldn't be visible, or a request to remove your details.
Nobody can legitimately sell you a DVSA test date. Test dates are never bought or sold. TestNow only matches two learners who each want the other's date — the actual swap is always completed by phoning DVSA directly on 0300 200 1122. If someone asks for money in exchange for a test date, it's a scam.
